About A Wealthy Blog
Welcome to my blog,
I’m Wealthy.
I’m passionate about personal finance and money management, and I’d like to reach financial independence before 45. I won’t share much more about me because this isn’t a blog about me—it’s a blog about a goal, the ideas behind it, and the path to get there.
Why this blog exists (two simple goals)
1) Share what I learn (and what I find genuinely useful)
I write about concepts, mental models, and practical lessons that I don’t always see explained clearly—or that are easy to overlook.
I’ll post when I have something worth sharing. Sometimes that’s once or twice a week, sometimes less. No promises to the algorithm.
2) Build my own archive (and keep myself honest)
This blog is also my personal “memory bank”: a place I can come back to in the future to see how my thinking evolved.
My Investment Journal section is where I track my investments (it’s mostly for me). I update it periodically.
Why a blog (in 2026, yes)
I know blogging is a bit… old school.
A YouTube channel or Instagram page would probably get more attention, but that’s not the point. I’m not here to become famous, sell you a course, or post daily to stay “relevant”.
Also:
I like writing.
I like privacy.
I’m not built for performing on camera every day 😅
What you’ll find here
The blog is divided into sections:
Investing
The main course: core concepts, portfolio construction, strategies, and the theory that actually matters.Personal Finance
The life side of money: saving, spending, systems, and habits that make everything else possible.Investor Compendium
A more advanced corner with topics that are less commonly discussed (but often very important).FIRE
Financial independence / early retirement topics and planning.Books
Notes and reviews from books that influenced my thinking.
A quick disclaimer (the boring but necessary part)
I’m not a financial advisor.
I will never tell you when, where, or how to invest. What I try to do instead is explain:
the knowledge,
the trade-offs,
the mindset
…that can help you make better decisions.
Also, please don’t treat my posts like gospel. I always try to include references or links so you can go deeper—and I strongly encourage you to do your own research.
If you want to help
If something is unclear, or you disagree with a point (politely, please 😄), comment under the post. I’ll do my best to update or integrate useful feedback, and I’m happy to credit you if your contribution improves the article.
Well, I think that’s all for now.
Welcome aboard.
